Story behind the song
I wanted to do a fast-paced boogie style instrumental in the same vein as Satriani, one of my major influences. It's a bit sloppy, but gets the point across. Recorded on a Tascam 4-track cassette recorder, with and Alesis HR-16 drum machine and Ibanez bass. The guitar played was a Carvin DC145, run through a rack with Rocktron pre-amp and Intellifex processing, an ADA MicroTube power amp driving a Carvin 4x12 speaker cabinet. Miced with a Shure SM58. Kim did the little "ooh"'s and "ahh"s along with the delayed out sexy-growl at the end.
