Story behind the song
Another attempt for FAWM.org The original intention, which was of the feel of a village band at a morning market in spring just didn't work out. THe pipe came in and promptly switched the locale out of south of France to the Scottish Highlands. So what the hey, I added the appropriate slightly out of time drummer, and here it is. Also, this was to be a contender for the 2-chord week but it was getting boring so it modulated. I thought of concocting some story about Bonnie Prince CHarlie or Marshall MacDonald with Napoleon as the era is right, butI'm a poor liar. So I don't think this will be on the eventual Ginals Mill CD but neo-Celtics ought to be fairly happy.
