I'm a folky acoustic guitar player/singer. I thought this might be a good place to make some of my music available on the web.

Story behind the song
I used to walk in a wooded area near where I worked some mornings before I would go inside. I would have some long talks with God then.
Lyrics
As I walk through the morning dew And all your beauty fills my eye Creator God, I bow my life to you And bless your holy name on high Chor: When I see the wonders that your hands have made I want to yield my life into your plan For you have fashioned me for living out a part A special role you have for every man Please guide me with your hand As I walk the path and pray alone Help me Lord to hear your voice One short life on earth is all I own Guide me as I make the choice Chor. Cleanse my heart of the stains so deep Let my thoughts start with your love Let me speak your words, your presence keep Let me know your sweet rest from above Alt. Chor: In the solitude let me melt into your strength Let me loose myself in your love In the sanctuary of your hands Burden me for those who’ve never heard Let me take the news to foreign lands That we can know you truly through your Word Chor: When I see the wonders that your hands have made I want to yield my life into your plan For you have fashioned me for living out a part A special role you have for every man Please guide me with your hand Please lead me to your plan I want to be your man
