I'm a folky acoustic guitar player/singer. I thought this might be a good place to make some of my music available on the web.

Story behind the song
I was trying to write a poem and was messing with some word play. At the same time I was thinking about how much time I was wasting fretting over my problems and constantly trying to figure everything out. I realized my life was just going by - the meter was running and I was wasting it. And often "the good old days" are right now when we look back on them. So "the time of your life" generally meaning a good experience is very possibly the "life and times" of one's everyday existence.
Lyrics
Playing with words thinking of rhymes The time of your life is your life and times Live your life love your life love the life of your love Live your love love the love of your life chor: You're giving your hours you're spending your years whether you know it or not The present is precious even with tears It's happening now It's all that you've got Playing with words thinking of rhymes The time of your life is your life and times Write it all down give it time and see if it sticks Go over it all once or twice and then make a fix chor: You're giving your hours you're spending your years whether you know it or not The present is precious even with tears It's happening now It's all that you've got Playing with words thinking of rhymes The time of your life is your life and times It's your life and times It's the time of your life
