Old Preacher Man well once there was an old man, who felt the callto preach but he didn't know how to start, or just who he could reach he didn't have much schoolin, no he wasn't very smart and all he knew was the love he felt, for Jesus in his heart his friends said he must go to school, and be ordained of men but the old man knew his time was short, too short to start again so he just picked up his old bible and thought he'd make a start with just that love for jesus that he felt down in his heart chorus oh he didn't speak with eloquence and verse numbers he did not know but the word of God was in his heart, and he wanted them to know (3yes)he spoke to them with words of love, that were happy, sad, and true, but the greatest he taught, was Jesus, and I love you (2 repeat end) and then one day the man was gone, but they'ed come to love him so they knew the old man's time had come,and it was time for him to go but as the man had taugt them they remembered from the start it's not about the things you know, but whats down in your heart
