We are the Boston Tea Party. We are fighting for the Fair Tax to end the tyranny of the IRS.
The Fair Tax Book by Neal Boortz and Congressman John Linder was number one on the New York Times best seller list for a month. Even so, the Times never even reviewed it. That is because they are liberal supporters of the IRS. To find out what the fair tax is, I recommend that you click on the official web page link on the lower right side of this page. We the people are slaves to the IRS and we can stop it. We the people can take back power and stop the demagogues in Washington from bleeding us dry. You can make a difference. Call your congressman and senators and tell them that you want to be free of the IRS. Let's stop the seizure of our hard earned pay. We can do it! If we do nothing, we owe the patriots who participated in the Boston Tea Party an apology!

Story behind the song
The original lyrics had a personal focus. This new version is more of an accurate representation of the issue of IRS abuse of all people, not just the composer/singer.
Lyrics
Fair Tax Let’s make one thing very clear, we’re working for the IRS They bully us, we cringe in fear, of audits by the IRS They take our money every day and congress wastes it all away Some day there’ll be hell to pay, if we still put up with the IRS If you make sixty K you barely take home 40, you’re working for the IRS They seize so much money and say it is your duty, to pay it to the IRS They’ll drain your purse you see, and force you into bankruptcy We only want to be set free, from working for the IRS They steal your hard earned pay and congress throws it all away They build large bridges to nowhere, and we just let them, they don’t think we care 290 million are we, we’re working for the IRS, We want to be confiscation free, not working for the IRS We want the Fair Tax to be, the end of fiscal misery Listen congress, hear our plea, eliminate the IRS How did we ever let them get so big? Well, what do ya know? Complacent people quietly sat around and let it grow April 15th is when we pay, we’re working for the IRS Let’s make it just another day, not working for the IRS We want the fair tax to be, the end of all our misery, Listen congress, hear our plea, eliminate the IRS Make the Fair Tax law and see, a people really strong and free, Enjoying life and liberty, abolish the IRS
