Be lenient on the voice... I'm a beginning singer. And demo now here. (this was one of the more challenging songs for me to sing by the way).
pop songwriter piano rb classical composer folk easy listening country lyricist kimberly cardarella
Lyricist and composer (classical, folk, easy listening, film, pop, country, and R&B)
Host of an upcoming internet radio show for indie artists. Check it out at: www.kimberlycardarella.com My new myspace page: myspace.com/kimberlycardarella My other works: I'm a lyricist, music composer, very beginning singer (so be lenient on the vocals please!). And here is my regular musician bio: Kimberly Cardarella is a Hawaii based composer and lyricist who creates a variety of styles of music with the same common goals in each song: make it entertaining and healthy for the listeners. Her lyrics express many aspects of life, views, new ideas, and she can get into intricate details of things -- helping get listeners involved in songs that they listen to. Kimberly's styles range from inspiring to tear jerking, with a common direction of helping listeners walk off from the song remembering a few things to think about. With a specific interest on softer styles of music, Kimberly’s compositions reach a variety of genres (easy listening, folk, classical, film, country, Broadway style, classic R&B). She works out of her house in Hawaii, where the weather remains warm year round and the sun melts a lot of hearts as it goes down each night.

Lyrics
(c) 2007 by Kimberly Cardarella. All Rights Reserved. Tell Me Please V1 I saw a litt-le boy stand-ing on the street He held a penn-y tight-ly in his hand and had no shoes on his feet He eyes right then sudd-en-ly gazed on me I did not know what to do Yet I heard the words from with-in his eyes that right then asked me to (chorus) Tell me please how long will this road be Tell me please some words that com-fort me Tell me please How I can get through Just what I need to do Tell me please V2 I watched my own daugh-ter in the hosp-ital room Her water broke and the ba-by still not turning as it should have inside her womb Her eyes right then sudd-en-ly stared at me I did not know what to do I heard the words from with-in her eyes that right then asked me to (chorus repeat) V3 Was sitting in a chair right next to the silent bed My husband’s hand was inside of mine, and I slowly kissed his head My dea-r hus-band had been my best friend and I did'nt know just how I'd Live life if doc-tors found they could not fix the dis-ease had in-side (Short Break) And I said to him (chorus repeat) (break) I saw the answers to my words the very next day How to get through what happened from here, we had found a way We'd keep repeating three little words. The words I, love, and You. Those little words can heal us all 'Cause lovin' is all we ever have to do. Oh lovin’s all we ever have to do (ending line) Yes, next time someone says "Tell me please, how I can get through," Lovin' them, yes lovin' them is all you have to do.
