T.T. Hanco Records Presents... Soncier, who's birth name is Marcus Dewayne Hancock, was born in Fort Bragg, NC on December 7, 1987. He attended elementary school in Cincinnati, Ohio and Washington, DC. He attended middle school in Suitland, MD, and High School in Temple Hills, MD. His goal is to become an aspiring Rap artist and to be a positive role model to others.
