We were Broke, Down and Busted back in 1992-1995 but when Pete got a job at the local radio station we lost Rick Weber. Pete then named the band 2 Out of 3 Ain'
2 Out of 3 Ain't Bad was formed from our old band Broke, Down and Busted. The band consisted of Herc, Pete and Rick. We play local tv here in Port Jervis, NY and also entertain people all over the Tri-State Area of NY, NJ, PA.
