Hey everyone!!! thank you for checking out my soundclick page and I hope you like my music :) I haven't updated this in over a year, so I figured that a change was due. Here's what's going on these days...
NEW music will be up by January at the very latest! The 2nd album, "Sinful" is going to be a free download and only the best of my new work :) I've been really picky this time around with my lyrics and everything. It'll have a few badass collabs on it including one with my buddy Steve playing guitar.

Story behind the song
Get ready to read ;) Brilliantly produced by Sean Divine, this is a song reminding us of the injustice of ignorance and judgment. Each verse starts with, "[He] was the one you labeled as bad" underscoring the flagrance of one's reputation as the verse progresses into the whole story of the accused person's life. "We're so numb to it all... so passed being sad" explains why the accused "never fought to prove you wrong" because he/she is too emotionally drained to defend themself. Letter to a Victim is actually a caustic title targeting the people who feel victimized by the "bad" people's actions/lifestyle. The victims in the song (being the individuals that the song is 'addressed' to) include the parent whose daughter has fallen for a lower class boy. The parent feels betrayed by his/her daughter. The other victim is a girl (catty high school type) who chastises the "town slut" for attracting and sleeping with all these guys. The inspiration for this track is directly from my life. I brought home the boy in the 1st verse to my parents as a friend, but they forbade me from seeing him again. They didn't like his reputation and tatoos. My guy did not commit suicide as the song says. I added that detail to emphasize the pain of poverty. I am also friends with the "town slut." Nobody liked me hanging out with her either. It's my liberty to elaborate, but my friend felt obligated to sleep with any guy who gave her attention. She fell into a downward spiral really fast. Bad grades (when she did go to school), alcohol-induced blackouts by age 12, hard drugs by 14/15. Despite the constant back-stabbing she put up with, she was nice to everyone. She was extremely popular even after she dropped out, but genuinely cared for even the "freaks" and dejected groups. She was the only person I've ever known who honestly didn't care about or judge you on your looks, job, lack thereof, intelligence, etc. I'm extremely proud to say that she has stopped having casual sex, doing drugs (except alcohol), smoking and is now going to night school for her GED. She also found love even after her ex boyfriend tried to kill her. Literally, he's in jail now. One more thing: even after she started getting solid A's on her report cards in high school and cleaned herself up, the reputation and judgment never ceased. The 3rd verse is the overall story of most of the people to endure harsh judgment but yet continue to live their life to best of their ability. Though I try not to, I do judge and act like a victim sometimes, so this letter has a return address. No one's perfect. This song's one of my favorites and one of my most popular ones, too. Thankfully, you guys seem to like it too :)
Lyrics
I'm not a victim
I'm not a victim
He was the one that you labeled as “bad”
Never thought was sad but you always wanted that
Cause it seemed like he had what he wanted all along
Never fought to prove you wrong
And you hated it
He smoked weed
You said he was a dope fiend
He spoke freely
You thought it was obscene
The way he got attention from me
Despite the fact that he never had a dream
And he never felt meaning
Only if you knew him
You’d know what he did
And he did it for a reason
To have a reason while he lived
In poverty’s abuse
Where property’s a muse
When it’s gone, so are you
That’s all that he knew
Never grew up because he always was a man
Always had to have a plan
Now he can’t stand to see what he couldn’t stand to see
Turn into a land of peace
From the land of greed
Needs a chance but he cannot receive
She was the one that you labeled as “bad”
Never thought was sad but you always wanted that
Cause it seemed like she had what she wanted all along
Never fought to prove you wrong
And you hated it
She had sex
And dated nonstop
All the boys liked her
Right off of the pop
And you thought she was in bliss
But every time she kissed
Raised the memory she missed
Being a kid until he took her innocence
Now she doesn’t know what’s right
What to let happen and what to fight
She’s closing up for the rest of her life
Because she can’t feel love after the night
Blinded by the blight
She feels nothing inside
Not that she could tell, but one guy liked her mind
And he tried to get inside
But she thought he wanted ass just every other man
Could’ve been happy, but we wouldn’t understand
We are the ones that you label as “bad”
Never had the chance to be happy or mad
Because we’re so numb to it all
Done with the falls
So passed being sad
And no, we're not victims
No we're not hurt
Just know that all your punchlines and bullshit worked
Victim, victim...
I'm not a victim, victim
I'm not a victim (x3)
