Our experimental metal song. It has the nuances of prog-metal, sound of alternative metal, high-pitched falsetto wails, backup growls similar to those in Swedish death metal, spoken words, shredding guitar solo and funky slap bass solo.

Story behind the song
I'm proposing a concept album of sorts about a loser who made his revenge to his past bad events in his life. This song is in a setting of high school days where Johnny was a big loser. You know. Got beaten in school, discriminated, etc. In that part also, Johnny met his future best friend which is Mr. T who is a foreigner studying in Johnny's school. They crave for revenge because of the prejudices they suffered. It's like revenge revenge revenge in their minds.
Lyrics
THE PLEDGE part 1 (Lyrics by Francis Flores) (Music by Janus Gregorio, Francis Flores and Edu Triguero) Tormented heart wishing for peace Bringing destruction in every single piece Johnny was in siege and retaliation In state of revenge and retribution He was a loser in his community Wherever he goes, he’s in agony A life of injustice, ignorance and prejudice Almost tortured nearly in painful cease I saw this guy named Mr. T An exchange student from Haiti He saw his things with vandals and dirt Thrown candy wrappers it’s called hurt I wish for the revenge, repeatedly said Dedicated to the beaten, damned and dead Because of his color, no one talks to him Because of his color, no one listens to him Broken hearted gone shortly But suddenly with a plan that changed the lives forever A silent man who’s in need of fame recently To shock those assholes that mark in their souls forever (Spoken) Johnny became friends with Mr. T Both decided to join in a society Whose long-term goal is vengeance to the enemy Who discriminate and abused their sanctity (spoken) We are the forgotten souls Who destined to shout what we feel As members of this society We are ready to take down racial discrimination
