This song has an amusing origin. I was watching Silence of the Lambs and while the serial killer was dancing around I noticed that twisted 80's synth driven song playing in the background. Well I tried to mimick the synth sound of that song and then I built a melody and rythm around it, drawing influence from bands like Interpol and The Cure.
