Cold Reign

I'm an Alternative Rock group, influenced by 60's, 70's and 80's rock and metal.

Cold Reign started out as a collaborative project, put together for the purpose of writing and recording original material, but lately, it's been just me. "Cold, Cold Rain" is the only collaborative song, the rest are all mine. I sing (badly), play guitar, bass, most keyboards, and program some keyboards and drums.

Story behind the song

It's very loosly based on an experince in my past. Many years ago, I picked up a lovely young lady hitch hiker, and we ended up hooking up for five days. It was before AIDS and back in the days when it was still safe to pick up hitch hikers. Times change, and sometimes not for the better.
