This song is experimental, which clearly represents my musical preference and style. The guitar was tuned half-step down. I put the Capo on the 3rd fret, giving me a clean B Major progression. This was written sometime in November 2003 while listening to samba-earth music. Pathological liars triggered my idea for the song, while the inspiration was brought about by a tragic love story. – Anthony Sermino

Lyrics
Well Said
(Anthony Sermino aka Anthria)
I
Said to me ‘bout your news today
The boy you met in a movie house treat
Said to me ‘bout the prospect
Man in black, shivering cold and wet
Could it be just another lie?
Just to cover up a bigger piece of pie
II
Said to me ‘bout your fight today
You were injured ‘cause he was mad
Said to me about the cause of it
Nothing clear but the hearsay
Pre-Chorus:
Never even had a clear sight
Never even had a true line
Chorus:
You can say to me baby
All the things that seem to be
You can say to me, say to me
Just to make me believe
You can say to me sugar
All the things I wanna hear
You can say to me, say to me
But the truth will set me free
III
Said to me ‘bout your sacrifice
All believe, no one has the right
Said to me ‘bout your tragedy
All seems real, no one disagrees
Pre-Chorus:
What about the things they’ll say?
What about the things we’ll learn today?
Chorus:
You can say to me baby
All the things that seem to be
You can say to me, say to me
Just to make me believe
You can say to me sugar
All the things I need to hear
You can say to me, say to me
But the truth will set me free
Pre-Chorus:
What about the things they’ve done?
What about if someone says you’re wrong?
Chorus:
You can say to me baby
All the things that seem to be
You can say to me, say to me
Just to make me believe
You can say to me sugar
All the things I wanna hear
You can say to me, say to me
But the truth will set me
You can say to me baby
All the things that seem to be
You can say to me, say to me
Just to make me believe
You can say to me sugar
All the things I wanna hear
You can say to me, say to me
But the truth will set me free
