Rockin' Hammond B3 Organ with Wailing Tenor Sax.

The year was 1952. I met the greatest friend I ever had, and from that

moment on we became brothers. We are brothers in life and brothers in

music. In 1958 our musical journey began on the north side of Houston

playing rock & roll and rhythm & blues. The north side of Houston has

produced many great and famous players, but in my opinion, none as

talented or as diversified as Don Carroll. Here we are in the year 2008

and we are still playing our music together, and Don Carroll still amazes

me with his talent and the energy he puts into his music. When you listen

to this CD you will discover one of the most versatile, talented and under

rated musicians of our time. Don has the talent and ability to be

spotlighted 'center stage' and be the star, but he never complains and he

loves being one of the 'guys in the band'. We were two young boys who

decided to make music our lives and after fifty years together music is

still our lives. Don and I wrote every song on this CD and after you listen

to it you will understand why I praise and admire Don's musical talent.

Ladies and gentlemen I proudly introduce to you Don Carroll.
