Story behind the song
Actually, I was admiring the skillful writing on the part of a friend and accomplished country songwriter/artist, Marc-Alan Barnette out of Nashville. He has a song called "The Grand Opening" that I just love - it revolves around a misunderstanding and it is just hilarious (sort of the country music equivalent of an episode of "Three's Company"). In admiration of his song, I thought I would try to do something similar.
