Story behind the song
The story is really about a few things, like racism the Sean Bell trial, people lying and pretending to be something they're not, corrupt government and parents who don't care about their kids. Not to mention, celebrity accusations and things of that nature.
Lyrics
Why when they beating they don’t ask up to be speaking The rights to remain silent like we supposedly screaming Why they take it to your brain, 54th with a musket They use it as an excuse bow out for the duckets Fuck it; I said no honesty left, just a moment of truth And the people that are lying get away with it dude And im a king like Rodney getting hit for the riches Then use my riches for bikes, shot; now I use em for stitches They lying to us, sayin all the money we’ll split They say we’ll have trains of gravy; they gave us buses of shit Problems are called problems only cause you can solve em If they weren’t a way to fix it man it wouldn’t be a problem and I And I still always wonder why Groups of friends out in our sick life cycle I don’t want to admit it but man, that’s just who life goes Kids racing the tycos, moms saving with geico Then the pedophiles move in and jack your son like Michael That’s when you got to notice that the parents is serious When all these suburb moms walking around straight delirious Those kids are starving, they need somebody to teach But the bad babysitters let the kids swim in the bleach Crazy nannies kids leaving new bruises on their arms But the daddies don’t notice, busy selling illegal arms Problems are called problems only cause you can solve em If they weren’t a way to fix it man it wouldn’t be a problem and I
