I'm a forty-something hired gun that's been around for a long time on the Australian circuit. I have a 20 year history of working with James Reyne (still current) but I've also had stints with Daryl Braithwaite, Ross Wilson, Vika and Linda Bull, Renee Geyer, Joe Camilleri and a number of other 'heritage' acts.

Story behind the song
Whilst on tour with James Reyne in 2007 we got planted at a nice little hotel in Guildford in Western Australia's Swan Valley region. It was bloody hot and the hotel pool was out of bounds because it was full of algae or something so I killed some time by banging this out on my laptop. That's it, not much of a story really. Sorry! :)
