A song about a cat and a fish. We presume it is a goldfish. We're not sure. It just seems that way. The cat is, well, we don't know what kind of cat. So just accept the fact that this is a song about a cat and a fish. Okay?
We produce children's music which is all self composed. We also create spoken word recordings for children, Christmas music, and radio programs for children.
Robin And The Giant are a duo whose primary target audience are children and parents. We have been involved in children's entertainment, mostly music and radio, since 1987. We write and produce songs and stories and we also write the dialogue included on our radio shows and CDs.

Back in second grade
I do declare I was petless.
No dog, no cat,
No canary or rat.
And my heart, she was endlessly restless---
I made my desire clear,
And my Dad and my Mom were sympathetic,
They said, "No child should be
Without one of these."
But they agreed that the pet should be messless---
Needless to say,
I was more excited than many a day,
And I could not sleep that night,
For a pet was soon to be in my life---
Then, the very next afternoon
My Dad came to me and did say,
"I brought you a cat,
Named 'Crackers', at that,
And he comes from the A.S.P.C.A."
Well, Crackers and I hit it off,
Then my Mom came to visit my room.

She held a fish in a bowl,
And from petless I went to having two---
Needless to say,
My new fish would need a name,
And my Dad said a name that would suit,
With a cat named Crackers, the fish should be 'Soup'---
