Chubs wasa firned as I recall, he moved off to California because he was burnt out on Texas and therefore he made the CD too.

None yet, everyone was tired and the band was into writing, or playing much as I remember the studio session. Someone fell asleep actually, and it didn't matter...we did like 300 takes.
