Generic little techno-dealie with a pseudo-philosophical sound quote recorded by me. Incomplete-ish, and mostly just an experiment.

I'm a 17-year-old American male who just celebrated his first anniversary since he became a producer last September. I've improved drastically since then, but I still have much room to improve. I produce anything and everything: from house to trance, breakbeat to hip-hop, and even hardcore techno to alternative rock (occasionally). I'm not quite a jack-of-all-trades yet, but look out for me: soon, I could be the King-of-All-Trades. I slice 'n' dice, I loop, I chop, I distort, I intensify, I modify, I pan, I destroy, I vocalize, I scratch, I mix, I match, I master, and I burn, anything within my power and knowledge to make my music sound good. I have OCD, so I upload if it doesn't conform to my high (for my level) standards, but I also have ADD, so it takes me awhile to get focused enough to produce something up to my standards, heh. X3 Sometimes I just upload little snippets of my WIPs so I can get feedback on it. My goal as a producer is to eventually be able to break down the walls of conventional music and develop my own unique genre of music, reviving the popularity of electronic music in the process.

Story behind the song
I'm not quite sure where this one came from. It was a random spur-of-the-moment thing, inspired by staring at my brand-new copy of Armin Van Buuren's Universal Religion 2008 mix CD. I thought about the title. What does it mean? What is a "universal religion"? So then I got to thinking about religion universally. I even came up with a pseudo-philosophical paragraph about it, recorded by yours truly. A first for me, and incomplete. Also, I know there's too much bass. Don't gotta tell me twice.
Lyrics
The most confusing thing about it is that it can do so much good, yet so much evil. Religion has given people hope where none can be found, yet it has also taken away the lives of countless beings who did little to nothing to deserve such a fate. Why, then, do so many people feel it important to keep this so close to their lives if the results of doing so are unpredictable?
