"Southern Sunrise" Music by Jason Hannah Lyrics and Melody by Olivia Francis (c)2008-BMI-ARR Well I left today before daybreak, from Nashville to destiny LA My belongings, dog and old guitar are on our way to where you are There's over 2000 miles to go, and they sure roll by slow Thank God for the radio...Radio...on life's southern sunrise Honey, I'm headed your way... on a southern sunrise Break I'm a small town southern comfort girl, born and bred in a different world You're a city slicker tequila man, but between us we both understand Our love has a long way to go, but years fly as the crow Thank God for the radio...on life's southern sunrise Southern sunrise Bridge: It doesn't matter what side of the tracks we're on All that matters is... how we get along On Life's Southern Sunrise Through a haze in a daze I see LA lights And I'll be in your arms by daylight Layin' in your arms...on a southern sunrise Thank God for the radio, we have got a long way to go On life's southern sunrise On a southern sunrise Thank God for the radio Thank God for the radio
