My Big Fat Greek Shredding

OK, it's not Big, or Fat, it's more Turkish than Greek, and there isn't much shredding in it, but I think it's still a cool title. The challenge was to write a one-chord tune. The hard part was to make it sound interesting...

It's just me, a few guitars, some ideas and a little bit of effort.
Well, welcome to my little space on Soundclick. The following musical contributions are basically concept pieces that started off as ideas thanks to the Guitarist Recording Collective (Google for it) - A great site that encourages guitarists of all ages and abilities to create their own works. Nowadays, I play in a band, so I don't have as much time for recording as I would like to, but I would recommend to any musician who feels they are not progressing to start recording, and getting music out on the internet. You probably won't become famous or rich, but once you've done it, you might just be amazed at what you achieve!

Story behind the song
This tune is another contribution to the Guitarist Recording collective. It was originally written as a duet, but later remixed and developed to tidy things up. The intro is played using an Ebow. A great little tool for indefinitely sustaining notes.
