Bob Childs: vocals, acoustic guitar.
I am a songwriter and musician, currently residing in Santa Barbara, California. My primary instruments are keyboards and bass guitar. I find songwriting and composing to be the most rewarding facet of being a musician. I enjoy the solitude of working in my home studio and the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment I feel after finishing a new song. I have also performed live in different types of groups over the years and enjoy the adrenaline rush that only performing live can bring.

Lyrics
"Twilight" Words & Music by Bob Childs. © Bob Childs 2001, 2008. All Rights Reserved. Twilight Sleeping on the shoreline I stayed out all night And spent it with you Daylight Back to the daily grind Can't quite leave my world behind And start it with you And the hour is late and I don't want to go but I know tonight ain't forever And the lingering fragrance of lemongrass sage on my hands will make me remember And the day will soon when we stand in the sun and show the world that we are together And the ghosts in glass houses may fade in my mind but not you, not you, not you All day Want to spend all day Each and every day Want to spend them with you All night Want to spend all night Each and every night Want to spend them with you Summerland Trading Post no going back She sold the place years ago after the attack She tore down my cottage some would call it a shack Now it's some kind of sacred space for a fellow named Jack
