Singer songwriter Jed Marum's music is folk, roots and bluegrass in style. With an earthy country and celtic air, he brings real-life stories to song with humor
I love music. I've been playing guitar since I was 10 years old and along the way I sang everything from old folk songs to rock and blues.Today I make a living playing a mix of Folk/Bluegrass and Celtic music venues around the US. I write a lot of the music I sing and I play banjo, guitar and harmonica. I have endorsement from Larrivee Guitars.

Lyrics
WEST TEXAS WIND © Jed Marum, 2004 If I could fly I know that I Would ride on that West Texas wind Spiraling high, over and back again Out on a West Texas wind For thousands and thousands of miles I’d roam My feet never touching the ground And I know through and through I’d come back home to you Riding a West Texas wind Sunlight and sky, eagles on high Are born on a West Texas wind Morning birds cry, song and reply Born on a West Texas wind The morning light carries me miles from home My shadow slips over the ground But I fly straight and true I come back home to you Born on a West Texas wind BRIDGE: Ever widening sky before me And the West Texas wind carries me home If I could fly I know that I Would ride on that West Texas wind Spiraling high, over and back again Out on a West Texas wind For thousands and thousands of miles I’d roam My feet never touching the ground And I know through and through I’d come back home to you Riding a West Texas wind I fly straight and true I come back home to you Born on a West Texas wind
