Songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years.
The CD's I am giving you are a compilation of 24 of the songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years. He has given me enough songs to make at least one more CD of the same size, but it takes time putting these together. The "Then And Now" album has songs from four different decades. I am very thankful for the computer program "Garage Band," without which these CDs would not have been made.

Story behind the song
This song was written in 1984. I was teaching in Hoyleton, IL at the time and our school sports team did not have a mascot at the time. I suggested the name Toads for a mascot. I thought we could call the team the Trinity Toads. After all, toads catch flies. I thought it would work well for softball. We settled for the name Hoyleton Hurricane instead. Since they won two state basketball championships under that name I guess I can't complain. Yes, that is me singing. It sounds different because I am using the helium breath function.
