Songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years.
The CD's I am giving you are a compilation of 24 of the songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years. He has given me enough songs to make at least one more CD of the same size, but it takes time putting these together. The "Then And Now" album has songs from four different decades. I am very thankful for the computer program "Garage Band," without which these CDs would not have been made.

Story behind the song
This song was written in 2006. It was the first song God gave me since joining our praise choir/band (Rudiments of Faith) at church. Like Abraham hanging on to the promise of a son which he didn't see fulfilled for at least 25 years, I wondered if any of the songs God gave me would ever see the light of day (outside of my own family, who are kind of a captive audience - Sorry, guys!). So the song just kind of turns my music gifts over to God to let Him do whatever He wishes with them.
