White and nerdy. Now, with 25% more nerd.
Averis (Casey Carter), a Jacksonville, North Carolina native, is a young emcee making moves in the North Carolinian and Virginian hip hop underground. He started his career in January 2009, recording with Rykashay, a female emcee and producer from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Then, a long time Internet acquaintance, StayHigh (James White) from Statesville, North Carolina, approached him about working together and within six months they had finished an as of yet unreleased album tentatively titled the AK Tracks. From there, Averis began making music with his blood cousin, Tekone (Chad Carter), Virginia Beach, Virginia representative and Forbidden City co-founder, and they began recording immediately. In less than six months they have written and produced nearly 40 tracks, and are waiting impatiently for the new year and what the release of their album "Averis+Tekone presents... C.Carters" will bring. Averis is now recording for the C.Carters project, Mike Walla (Michael Woolard) of Forbidden City's new album, and various Forbidden City affiliated mixtapes and projects.

Lyrics
Some turn blocks to score like Tetris, but get this: Once you're in, theres no way out like they blocked the exits, Y'all emcees are sexist-- b*** es on the charts, So, clean out the Art-or-he's sticking stitches in your heart, In your own documentary you meant to be hard, But you're just an extra, the credits don't even mention your part, I got a cock like Texas, it grows bigger than yours, So many hunnies in line, just take your pick of the whores, It's fine by me, like the ladies on my right, but for some reason, they've been calling me Slim Shady all night, but all right, I can deal with comparisons, too, 'cause Em's lyrics compared to most is close to embarrassing fools, Respect... but I'm moving Ford like Harrison do While you f** s are changing your sex like Mr. Garrison, Who's, next to tear a limb, when I'm rippin' it, Sun, How many have gone blind just by trying to stare at him? Tons, like 2000 pounds; Who can house 'em now? Not these cats, they just cows who learned how to meow. Wow, they staring me down like He's strong, let's be out 'Cause cats wanna kill me--I'm like me? HOW? Get it: It's tight on your mind like the brim of my fitted, But y'all are too dimwitted to admit that I did it, I'm screaming HIT IT like somebody got a baseball bat, Green eyes like an Emerald, I'm Emeril--Did you taste all that? If not, lick it; I'm a wizard with words but I'm not Wicked, like Jenna Jameson, Vivid with spits, I mean, livid with spits, 'Til saliva's all over the place like I'm living with spits, In the bathroom for hours, not giving a sh** , While ya wearing out the same slogans 'til the gimmicks are ripped, It's like I went to Lowes for fertilizer, gimme this sh** , The right words out of my head like my memory slip, Trading knowledge over flows like I'm delivering ships, in the 1400s, like Henry the 5th, But in the future I'll kick, it with the best, when he exists, Sharing an Omelet at 6, on that shift working at Denny's and sh** ... It's sad, dog. 'Cause I'll probably have to wait that long, And I'll still go up in smoke when I break that bong, The pace is way too strong; the words are fake, flat, wrong, But it's like the tracks heavy--I can't shake that song... C'mon...
