Junction: OMEGA - The Beginning of The END. Real WICKED SHIT from The East Coast. AMKR, CRiNGE & Addyx. Some real KILLMUSICK! Occult Inspired Horrorcore Rap.
Junction: OMEGA
Welcome to the Beginning of the End.
Junction: OMEGA started up in mid 2008 when AMKR, long time www.KILLMUSICK.com representative and Horrorcore fanatic, met CRiNGE, a death metal singer and poet. It wasn't long before AMKR started converting CRiNGE to the Wicked Shit, introducing him to Komatose, Prozak, then Kryptik and Bedlam, onto SickTanicK and KGP... AMKR gave CRiNGE the genre he'd been looking for to grow and CRiNGE gave AMKR the poetic skills he needed to start writing serious raps of his own. Addyx, a mutual friend and former guitarist in the band Dilemma with CRiNGE, joined on as a third rapper and completed the line-up, growing in leaps and bounds along with the rest of the group.
CRiNGE began using his music writing ability and computer prowess to create unique and versatile beats. With influences from Death Metal to Jazz; from Classical Symphony and Opera to Horrorcore Hip-Hop, Junction: OMEGA had formed a bass of extremely distinctive music on which to built their lyrical verse. After working with Ray Fernandes out of Boston and recording a few demo tracks, such as "Inso-MANIAC!", OMEGA accomplished their first big milestone when they recorded "The OMEGA Mix (An HOMAGE To The UNGOD)" and were accepted on a KGP Tribute Album, Placenta: The Afterbirth of KGP. The song was recorded with Crakd & Ice Pic of Crimson Bile Records.
Junction: OMEGA is currently focused on doing as many collaborations with fellow artists in the underground as possible. Also, we're moving towards our own home studio, so we can record the upcoming Full Length "Welcome To The END." They are working to earn a spot among the elite in underground Boston hip-hop, as well the nationwide Horrorcore/Wicked Shit scene.
