late night.it's over. gotta find a way back home. i'm stuck. got no cash. no change to use the phone. why call? its useless, cuz everybody is sleeping. no one can pick me up. i'm stuck. i guess i am on my own. everybodys gone now ive got no ride. ive stayed too late to enjoy it more. its always the same situation. dont wait. just keep on walking slower than my mind. its racing faster than my feet at a quicker pace.

As I breathe in, i can feel the cold air, and i realize that i got no cab fare. and i think i saw the last bus just drive by...i think im gonna walk. 

my steps, they make a beat. i sing a song. no ones around. no cars driving by. my legs dont give up. theyre independent of my thoughts. i fall asleep and they go on. the way back home. a few blocks more. my destinations in the view. the next day, bright and early. i dont have a method of transportation to get to work, but ive got my music.
