Story behind the song
I transcribed this song from an album by latin-jazz artist Charlie Palmieri, one of the leading musicians in the budding New York latin-jazz and salsa world of the 1970s. A multi-sectional modal piece with jazz harmonies and a driving clave-beat. The MIDI arrangement has taken me a long time of on-and-off work, but it's finally good enough to publish it with the help of Soundclick.com Like many of my published songs and arrangements, this is a shortened version to keep things popping!
