Worried that the Church fails to worship God? Don't worry because the angels have it covered. Not an excuse to do nothing but a larger perspective on the way things are.

Acoustic, folk, adult alternative with a touch of alternative country.
In my other life I'm a futures speculator. Since there is plenty of downtime in the business, I sing, play, and write, so I don't obsess about the markets. My music tends to be pensive. That's no doubt influenced by the fact that my instrument of choice is a classic acoustic guitar.

Story behind the song
This is a "spec song." I was asked to write an angel song by a group I write for called "Porch Swing Sisters." I'm not into angels--why focus on them when we can focus on God?--so I wrote a worship song disguised as an angel song.
Lyrics
1. We know that creation can't sing its song of heaven on this earth Where voices have been silenced with a deathly pall that started in the curse. The noises of violence, destruction, and distress is all that's heard. And we forget the one who made us waits for all to join the heavenly mirth. But angels and elders are gathered 'round our Savior singing Holy! Holy! to the Lamb of God. All of creation will find its holy purpose giving voice to God's greatness and love. 2. We see through glass darkly and so we cannot see our Savior's face. Instead all that we see is earth corrupt and ugly, beauty out of place God is always present but only eyes that look above will see The glory of the Savior where loud and holy praises never cease. Angels and elders are gathered 'round our Savior singing Holy! Holy! to the Lamb of God. All of creation will find its holy purpose giving voice to God's greatness and love. 3.
