I did write this about someone I know. What happens in the song is fiction. I guess I wrote this more about todays society and the unrealistic dreams some people have.

I knew a girl from the small town we live in that is very pretty. She told me one day, that she was going to LA to be a model. Her arrogance put me back a little. I’m thinking, LA has an unlimited pool of hotties to draw from that put this gal to shame. But she spent her whole life in a small town, with small town boys telling her she was the hottest thing going.
She was back in a few months; pregnant.
