Many people think you can get to heaven by your good works, or by being a good person, but,the Bible says the only way to heaven is through the Blood of Jesus Christ. The most amazing thing to me is Jesus,having the power to stop his punishment at any time, and punishment is a easy way of saying what he went through,chose out of the love for his father,our God,and his love of wanting all of us to be with him some day,chose to take the pain,death,and is risen and at the right hand of all mighty God. We will all meet him at judgement day and I pray that everyone can put their pride aside and come to know the Joy, and love of Jesus. This song simply explains he did it all on the cross. I pray when you see his nail scared hands you know him as savior. I could not imagine what i would feel if my whole life i denied him and then to see those scars.
