Story behind the song
I've always had a liking for certain guitar styles - like Allan Holdsworth and Ray Gomez. Allan's work with the New Tony Williams Lifetime was pure excellence. Ray Gomez was one of the most imaginative guitar players during the 70's that exhibited unexpected sensitivity in his playing. I don't believe they ever recorded anything together. This tune was my way of creating a hybrid of their styles in one tune.
