No Story personally behind the song, it's really just a concept song about the world as I see it People can lie to themselves about how messed up society is, they can try to hide the fact from themselves, but the truth is still the truth. There is no respect really, only vague ideas of it. Once you grow up and learn that most things you believed in were lies it can really upset your world if you don't face it head on. On another level parents may not realize who they're children have become, and fail to believe that they are capable of anything horrible. This really is a relentless world.
