Story behind the song
This was written as a final at the end of a year of music theory classes some time ago. It was theoretically to be based on Hindemith's ideas on secondal harmony if I remember correctly. I'm not sure how successful that was. I also made it difficult to play by writing in 5/8 with the theme, the first countersubject, and the second countersubject subdiving the bar differently, in a typical music student newbie move.
