Our Black Friday is a group of solid musicians with a soulful vocalist making music that has been extremely well received by the public, their peers, and several music industry professionals, many of whom are currently working behind the scenes to bring the band’s music to the masses on a global scale. The music of Our Black Friday is best described as having a "no-frills" hard rock foundation layered with varying melodic themes. Hints of diverse influences can be heard from track to track, keeping the music fresh and interesting. They have been compared to Bon Jovi for the catchy, anthem like choruses of some songs, and to Hootie and the Blowfish for the more soulful sing-a-long melodies of others. Additional recent comparisons include The Black Crowes, Creed, and Stone Temple Pilots.
