A song rises breaking silence, réquiem for everything what it is had lost, a love history that did not have a happy end... After a long rest the music of Oblivion Réquiem returns to the scenes to flood them with its magic; sinister but strangely hopeful letters coexist with enchanted notes and demential rates; Apolo and Dionisos see face to face in a duel of visions and madly images , demonstrating that its legend still is written lowered neon skies... Oblivion Réquiem is created in the year of 1999 under no concept, only by the enchantment to make music and to share it with the others. The alignment in that then included: Mario Del Rio (Vocal and guitar), Karina Maldonado (Keyboard and choirs), Brenda Hernandez (Drums), Luis Rubio (Bass) and Luis Sugrañes (Lead Guitar ). The tastes of the members go from the sounds of Gothic Rock to those of Brit Pop and from the Metal and the Black to Progressive and the Heavy Metal, going through the influence of Japanese Animation, creating therefore a range of musical shades that combined would give style to their music.
