Story behind the song
I used to sit for hours twiddling knobs just looking for cool guitar sounds, I still do actually. Anyway, The sound I came up with on this guitar solo was one of my favorite sounds I ever came up with and it was really unique in that I usually go for very "Wet" sounds and this one was the "dryest" sound I ever came up with. Really just my old Peavey Classic Amp with a little delay (Very Short like 10 ms) and the Peavey amp had this very unique phase shifter built into it that alowed you to stop the phase at any point and use it like a strange kinda filter almost like a synth. This setup just turned up VERY loud and that was it.
