Funeral song/You and me song
Just me, trying to do what i can with what little i have
Story behind the song
My Grandpa past away when i was young, so i wrote a song about it on the guitar, no words.
I then took the guitar track and played it backwards and i swear it was meant to be.
Then, about a year later, my best friends parents both died within a year of each other, both unrelated causes, and he wrote a song about it, and he also decided he preferd how it sounded backwards.
after i heard it for the first time i knew there was something strangley familiar about it, so i opened them both up in my sequencer (sony acid pro 5 at the time) and i put them both together in a way that it created this perfect harmony, i cannot begin to describe how randomly i placed peices of my song over his, and its just amazing to me
