Lyrics
Lyrics: [by Jay Melder] Yeah Chilly Willie was hardcore thug Drinking cheap malt liquor from a frosty mug Friday night and he's dressed to kill Ridin' around in his coupe de ville He was an authentic, bona fide ladies man With a jheri curl and a gangsta's tan King of the south, yo, playin' it hard He was dope, he was righteous He was large and in charge He said, They call me Chilly cuz I'm cool Chilly Willie, yeah that's his name He never had much trouble when he's playing the game Gold teeth shining from behind his smile As he puffed away on his black and mild Drinking yak, rolling dice, down in the square Talking smack to all the boys with a comb in his hair He was dope, he was righteous He was in control And if the man had nothing, the man had soul Boy you is alright Take it Trevor Chilly Willie, yeah don't you know He was the tingle in a finger as far as that goes Always look forward boy never look back As we hit the road in his Cadillac Gold chain hanging down by his chest In a pin stripe suit and a satin vest Chilly Willie, yeah that's his name Don't hate the playa fool, hate the game He said, They call me Chilly cuz I'm cool So cool
