Creating an eclectic mix of Rock, Pop, Country, and Blues. Hope you enjoy!
My band is called The Smokin' Ace. You'll be hearing a lot more about it soon. I'm currently finishing writing several brand new blues songs and will start production in the first quarter of next year. The songs need to be tweaked a little because I want them to be perfect. When it's done, it'll be some of the hottest Blues you ever heard. The song on this site, "Call 911" featuring Jimmy Hall is a preview, but I got some even better ones than that. Stay Tuned!

Lyrics
Old School Rhythm & Blues Marc Alan Abrams © Marc Abrams Music, ASCAP Intro: Bebop music flows through my blood; its roots grow deep in me, Takes me back before my time, in the mid-20th Century, Even before Rock and Roll was born; it was just after World War II, Boogie Woogie had a baby and they called it Rhythm and Blues. Chorus: Just give me that Old School Rhythm and Blues, You know the kind I mean, Those rockin' little records your grand dad played, On his RCA record machine, You know, Johnny B Goode's alive and well, Still playing guitar like he's ringin' a bell, And Grandma don't dance to nothing, But Old School Rhythm and Blues. Took the Night Train to Kansas City to see my Lucy Brown , She gave me a thrill on Blueberry Hill when I came into town, Then she spent all my money and left me stranded in the rain, Now I'm walking to New Orleans and ain't that a shame . Had the Boogie Woogie Blue Plate at the Roadhouse Blues Cafe, Someone put a nickel in the jukebox and we danced those blues away, I was doing the Twist and Barefootin' and a little bit of Hucklebuck, You know, they got good rockin' tonight, and man, I’m all shook up. Repeat Chorus Bridge: ... Bo Diddley , ... Blue Suede Shoes , ... Roll Over Beethoven dig them, Old School Rhythm and Blues. Now, I gotta women named Lawdy Miss Clawdy ; you know that girl is mean, That don't sit right with Long Tall Sally , or my other girl Maybelline , Aw, but they all still love me; and it's hard to understand, I’m forgiven 'cause they all know; I'm a Sixty Minute Man . Repeat Chorus Repeat Bridge Tag: Roll Over Beethoven dig them, Old School Rhythm and Blues.
