Story behind the song
This was the first song we made as a band called Pascalene, way back in first year college. My bandmates were influenced by a lot of Funk, Soul, and Jazz in addition to Rock and Metal. We tried to take these influences and distill them into something still ultimately catchy. Just before this song, we invited a saxophonist into the band. He had only been playing for a few months (similar to all our relative inexperience at the time), but to today, his progress has been tremendous.
