Addicted to you exposes some of the thoughts and feelings that are associated with addiction. Most of us are addicted to something. It doesn't just have to be Drugs or alcohol. Many people are addicted to food, sex, relationships, cars or material items, work etc. Anything that consumes the majority of your life could be considered an addiction.
We need these things on a regular basis to fill a void in our lives. Figure out what that void is. Confront it, let it go and move on. Balance in all things is the key to happiness.
