Story behind the song
The song was written in 2003 in light of me realising that everything in my present life was not going the way I specifically planned it. At that time when I wrote the song I did not think that later on I would come to the understanding of why things do not always go the way i planned. As growing Christians sometimes it takes dark circumstances to understand the WAY of God and I have been blessed to know Him through the "Worst" of circumstances. what I would have considered a curse in 2003 has turned out to be a blessing for me in my time of Loneliness in 2008. This is explained in the next song.

Not everything in your life will keep on going smoothly, going your way (repeat 3 times). Not everything in life will keep on going the way you want it keep on going your way. I look at the form i thought about all that was said and done. I knew that what I was doing was something that will keep on going and it's grooving but I know nothing in life goes your way. and so i keep with this hope knowing that not everything in life goes your way. Life has it's own cost to flow. i can't control the thing you know. Keep thinking with my mind and I grow get tougher in the core but still know I gotta keep on going and growing feeling and thinking and knowing that not everything goes your way.
