Bruce "BBS" Subia has been producing music and writing songs since he was 15. A natural orator and philosopher, he started out conveying his ideas through speeches and public speaking. When he turned 15, he picked up poetry and rap as a new means for imparting his messages to those who would listen. Greatly influence by "Old-school rap" and "Conscious Hip-Hop" his songs give out a lot of that "feel-good, postive vibe" while still retaining that critical element of lyricism. Other than Hip-Hop, his music is also greatly influenced by the Neo-Soul movement which can be heard through some of his beats.
