Story behind the song
In 1977 Brian Wilson regained control of the Beach Boys and proceeded to piss off the band and confuse the fans by producing one of the strangest albums to ever bear the Beach Boy name. The Beach Boys Love You had Brian playing bass on his synths, rough vocals, and very strange song topics, like his ode to Johnny Carson. In 2010 the FiBERGLASS boys returned to the studio but without Johnny Proctor who is serving our country and stationed in Korea. This is our song for John - Nee, Proc - Tor. Now I feel guilty because I didn't add my vocals... this is really a fun track, guys - I wish I would have added a part. i was singing the Al Jardine high part along with it as I listened... great work!
